Cozy, beautiful perfection. The photos don't do this home justice. We've stayed in Watercolor many times and this was hands down the best home yet. Being just steps away from Camp Watercolor made daytime naps with our little one so easy. Our morning walks to Seaside was our favorite. The YOLO bikes were in excellent condition and the golf cart was a major plus. The kitchen was also well stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer but we are already planning our next trip back. Best family vacation!!!

this is a great house...very functional, good gathering area downstairs and really strong outdoor area with pool, seating and a grill. We cooked some, and the kitchen was well outfitted. The house itself was top notch and I'd stay there again. If the management will pick up the level of housekeeping, this will be a 5-star. And I am thinking that perhaps the things out of place for us initially were hopefully not an issue for anyone else.

We really loved this house! We had two families and the younger kids loved upstairs bunk room with outside views and into the great room! And we loved the top sun room with the ocean views and a special place to catch sunrise and sunsets. The location is perfect. We could walk down Myatic cobalt to the beach club or cafes, it was a quick bike ride or walk to the tennis courts, we walked to Seaside. And the screened-in back porch with the gas fireplace was perfect outdoor space to relax and enjoy the outside air. We’ll definitely try to get this house again next year! The management company was responsive and easy to deal with also... overall great experience.

We rented this home for spring break. It was a great layout for our two families traveling together. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property management company went above and beyond to address any issues we had during our stay. My only note for families with young children is that there is no bathroom accompanying the awesome tower bunk room on the third floor,instead you need to go to the second floor--not an issue for our age group. Fantastic location and would definitely rent again!

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space to spread out and nice amenities. Perfect location, walking distance to beach club, tennis, restaurants, Seaside. Location, location, location! Claire with Beach Habitats was very responsive to all of our requests during the stay. I would give her an A+. The one recommendation I would have is the bed in the king bedroom on ground floor. It is a mattress on a wooden frame very low to the ground. It needs a box spring to make it more comfortable.

Excellent location. Conveniently located to everything. House does need freshening up a bit. Kitchen needs restocked with utensils, pots and pans, cutting board and coffee maker. Kitchen table needs deep cleaning (place mats stick to table). Upholstery on living room furniture is badly stained and needs replaced. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 car or a golf cart.

Excellent location. Conveniently located to everything. House does need freshening up a bit. Kitchen needs restocked with utensils, pots and pans, cutting board and coffee maker. Kitchen table needs deep cleaning (place mats stick to table). Upholstery on living room furniture is badly stained and needs replaced. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 car or a golf cart.

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space to spread out and nice amenities. Perfect location, walking distance to beach club, tennis, restaurants, Seaside. Location, location, location! Claire with Beach Habitats was very responsive to all of our requests during the stay. I would give her an A+. The one recommendation I would have is the bed in the king bedroom on ground floor. It is a mattress on a wooden frame very low to the ground. It needs a box spring to make it more comfortable.

We rented this home for spring break. It was a great layout for our two families traveling together. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property management company went above and beyond to address any issues we had during our stay. My only note for families with young children is that there is no bathroom accompanying the awesome tower bunk room on the third floor,instead you need to go to the second floor--not an issue for our age group. Fantastic location and would definitely rent again!

We really loved this house! We had two families and the younger kids loved upstairs bunk room with outside views and into the great room! And we loved the top sun room with the ocean views and a special place to catch sunrise and sunsets. The location is perfect. We could walk down Myatic cobalt to the beach club or cafes, it was a quick bike ride or walk to the tennis courts, we walked to Seaside. And the screened-in back porch with the gas fireplace was perfect outdoor space to relax and enjoy the outside air. We’ll definitely try to get this house again next year! The management company was responsive and easy to deal with also... overall great experience.

We usually stay in orange beach/destin but decided to drive a little further out to be close to Seaside. This location was absolutely worth the drive. in fact, preferred staying here over seaside because less crowded but close enough to hang out at Seaside. Home was lovely in a neighborhood right across beach walkway. Beach was not crowded. Golf cart and bikes made it so convenient. There are sidewalks along 30a for bikers and runners with some shops/restaurants not far from the house. Can get to Seaside by bike in 20 min or golf cart in 15 min. For the negatives- neighborhood pool was not impressive. Seemed more like an apartment style pool that didn’t match the neighborhood at all. Fortunately we didn’t come for the pool. also Home was not well insulated - some rooms were super hot. We did come in the summer time so I’m sure it’s not as bad during cooler months. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

We hadn't ever been to the Florida panhandle before and picked this area for a family reunion. Royal Blue was a great home for us. The home was beautiful, clean, bright, and spacious in a great little neighborhood. The pictures accurately and truthfully showed us what to expect. Having the golf cart was huge. We used it to get to one of the neighboring beaches most days as well as to the community restaurants. Access to the private beach was great and kept us away from the crowds. Loved the neighborhood association pickleball courts (3 functional ones) and pools.
Property management was responsive when we had questions and for one item we needed serviced.

We love this rental for all the amenities ot provides in itself (golf cart and private pool). The decor fits with the beach blues and whites and the furnishings. The open space is great. We love the location too as it is within walking distance to the Camp Watercolor pools and playground. We love working with Beach Habitats 30a company. They are awesome in their responses to calls and messages and they do not delay. They are professional and friendly.

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home so close to the beach. The house was spotless, tastefully designed, and the private pool made it feel like our own private resort. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The property management company was fantastic—extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. We had an awesome stay with 3 small kids and help from the grand parents. The house is perfectly located close to camp water color which is great for kids and the golf cart provides convenient access to the beach club and beach access. The accommodations were excellent, unlike many rentals we’ve stayed in, the home was sufficiently clean upon arrival, the beds were cozy, and the space was great for visiting indoor and out. Would highly recommend to most anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this residence! It was perfect for my family and my Mother In Law. The location to Camp Watercolor was perfect for my boys 13 and 8. They loved playing basketball and enjoying the heated pools. Traffic in this area was not crazy, there is also plenty of green space in areas where children can play other games. Golf cart was perfect for getting around! House was clean on arrival and ready for us to enjoy a week of fun. TV's on 2nd floor were a little weird with local channels(lots of controls) but could have been user error!

This house was awesome. Perfect location and all the amenities. Love how easy it was to communicate with the management company. A couple of small fixes were needed early and they were incredibly fast. The golf cart and bikes were great additions.

Only thing we wish they had provided was beach towels for Camp Watercolor but the beach club if you go there has them.

We’re already planning to rent this house again in 2024.

What a great property. It’s within a block of the pool with slide and lazy River and only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Of course best thing ever is Publix is also right at the corner to grab whatever little extras you need.

Beautiful in the inside and very well decorated. The golf cart and bikes were a hit with us and our teens.

Great vacation will be back.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We frequent Watercolor and Rosemary beach throughout the year and this has been one of our favorite rentals so far. Close walking distance to Camp Watercolor- great for our 2 kids (ages 6 and 10). The pool was just the right size for them. The home is beautifully decorated! We love this rental for all the amenities ot provides in itself (golf cart and private pool). The decor fits with the beach blues and whites and the furnishings. The open space is great. We love the location too as it is within walking distance to the Camp Watercolor pools and playground. We love working with Beach Habitats 30a company. They are awesome in their responses to calls and messages and they do not delay. They are professional and friendly.

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home so close to the beach. The house was spotless, tastefully designed, and the private pool made it feel like our own private resort. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The property management company was fantastic—extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. We would highly recommend this home and management team, and we look forward to returning again! It’s the best home I’ve rented in this area thus far.

We had an awesome stay with 3 small kids and help from the grand parents. The house is perfectly located close to camp water color which is great for kids and the golf cart provides convenient access to the beach club and beach access. The accommodations were excellent, unlike many rentals we’ve stayed in, the home was sufficiently clean upon arrival, the beds were cozy, and the space was great for visiting indoor and out. Would highly recommend to most anyone!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Beach Habitats 30A was about our making sure our trip to Watercolor was exceptional. It was the perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy the time between Christmas and the New Year. The location was stellar, and the home fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful stay at this residence! It was perfect for my family and my Mother In Law. The location to Camp Watercolor was perfect for my boys 13 and 8. They loved playing basketball and enjoying the heated pools. Traffic in this area was not crazy, there is also plenty of green space in areas where children can play other games. Golf cart was perfect for getting around! House was clean on arrival and ready for us to enjoy a week of fun. TV's on 2nd floor were a little weird with local channels(lots of controls) but could have been user error!

What a great property. It’s within a block of the pool with slide and lazy River and only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Of course best thing ever is Publix is also right at the corner to grab whatever little extras you need.

Beautiful in the inside and very well decorated. The golf cart and bikes were a hit with us and our teens.

Great vacation will be back.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We frequent Watercolor and Rosemary beach throughout the year and this has been one of our favorite rentals so far. Close walking distance to Camp Watercolor- great for our 2 kids (ages 6 and 10). The pool was just the right size for them. The home is beautifully decorated! Communication with the rental company was easy and we no problems during our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!
