From the decor to the amenities to the location, this house was PEREFECTION! Being directly across from Camp Watercolor allowed for easy back and forth from the pool to the house as well as the playground. When we could convince the kids to leave the pool for the beach, having the golf cart to get us there was a lifesaver. We were able to park right under the Watercolor Beach Club for a quick and easy walk to the beach! We even took it to the grocery store and Seaside for daily shopping! My only regret is not staying longer but we are already talking about going back next year!

We had the best time at Sweet Liberty! Between the beach, camp watercolor and all the shops and food we barely had time to sit down! The house was perfect, it felt so cozy and inviting! The beds were SO comfortable and the porch swing was perfect for winding down the night. We (and the kids) loved having a golf cart, I think we only drove the real car once. To sum it up....perfection!! We will 100% be back to Sweet Liberty!

This was our second time staying at Sweet Liberty. Absolutely love the decor and how spacious the home is. The location and scenery surrounding the area is very zen even though there are people riding bikes and driving golf carts. My children loved being there.

Our family of four couldn’t have had a better experience during our week at 204 Spartina Circle. The home is impeccable with every amenity at your fingertips. We cooked in a few nights and everything you would need to prepare a meal is available. The beds were super comfortable with high quality linens. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on of the two covered porches. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent it again.

This is a gorgeous home with all the amenities and all the comfort! Our group of several couples couldn't have chosen a better rental - the furnishings and decor are the best I've experienced in a rental property. The beds are by far the best we've ever experienced with the most comfortable mattresses! The screened porches are also well appointed with enough comfortable seating for the entire group, including an amazing bed swing - best place to enjoy morning coffee. And the added touch of the wine refrigerator came in handy as we also enjoyed evening wine on the screened porch.I highly recommend this home and would definitely rent it again!

This home was perfect for our multi-family vacation. 6 adults and 4 children under four! The water park being right across the street was very convenient and accommodating to children with varied nap schedules. The home is big, bright, spacious and luxurious. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.We loved staying here and would do it again in a heart beat.

This was the most luxurious, comfortable, well-appointed, pristine home I have ever rented. It was very very clean, well stocked, especially in the kitchen which is usually hit or miss in rentals. Decor and furnishings were top notch. The location was great with our kids, 6, 9 and 13 years old who loved the lazy river at the "Camp" across the street. We also enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the playground and drive just a min or 2 to the store. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean and had no air fresheners, which is important to us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we could need to make our vacation simple and fun. There is an airfryer, a margarita maker, multiple blenders, as well as plenty of silverware and dishes. The full size laundry was very nice to have available! The beds were so comfortable we slept better than any rental we've ever stayed in! Location is excellent for using camp watercolor. Getting to Club watercolor and the beach was a few mins drive, no inconvenience. The golf cart was very nice, updated and a great help for getting around. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home. We had a wonderful time and it felt like home!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Watercolor. For families with younger kids, it’s in a great location across from Camp Watercolor. The property had nice furnishings, was well appointed, and clean. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

We have now stayed at 204 Spartina Cir two years in a row and love the property. Everything upon arrival is easy, golf cart is in good condition, and home is clean and well equipped for families.

Sweet Liberty on 30A is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with luxury and comfort. The lazy river, multiple waterslides, and pools just steps away from the front door were so convenient for keeping our little one entertained. The beds were so comfortable! The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals effortlessly. The layout of the home was perfect for families, offering both privacy and ample space for quality time together. The abundance of games and beach toys kept everyone entertained for hours. And let’s talk about the fantastic golf cart - not only was it convenient for getting around, but it also added an extra element of fun to our sightseeing, shopping, and dining adventures. Sweet Liberty truly exceeded all expectations, making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was spectacular. Not only beautiful and cozy but the location was perfect. A quick golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, or shopping. A few steps away from the neighborhood pool. I will definitely bring my family back here to stay!

Our stay at Sweet Liberty was truly MAGICAL!! We had our two kids (5 & 3) and my parents with us. First, the house is STUNNING. But also, very cozy. You can see so many sweet touches throughout. The third floor is especially fun for kids! You’re given access to both Camp Watercolor and Beach Club. Water olor is super kid friendly and located literally right across from the house! Beach club is right on the beach so you can enjoy the beach and the pools/eateries at beach club! One of the biggest perks to us was the golf cart and bikes! The resort has so many bike trails and all the houses were lit up for Christmas so it was magical riding through and seeing the lights! There’s also so many amazing restaurants and shops within minutes of the house! Even with weather difficulties- this trip was magical and one we will always remember! The house came with everything we needed and the property management was so accommodating to any questions we had! The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable. Highly recommend staying with friends for a fun getaway or a family vacation with your kids! Five stars!!

We really enjoyed using the airfryer and the refrigerator water that comes out of the filter tastes fresh, which helped reduce the need for bottled water. We highly recommend this home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location cannot be beat. It is so convenient to walk across the street to Camp Watercolor, or take a short golf cart ride to Publix and the beach club. The house is beautiful and made our whole family so comfortable. One of the most relaxing stays I’ve had in years.

This place is amazing!!! We felt at home, but close to the beach. We rode bikes to the beach and it was safe call neighborhood. Really loved the decor. None of the tacky beach decoration. Everything was beautifully done. The fact you have access to the private beach can’t be beaten! Will come back!!!

Our family of five, with kids aged 12, 10.5 and 1 years old, immensely enjoyed our stay at Sweet Liberty. In fact, there isn’t anything that would have made it better- it was everything we needed and then much more! Proximity to Camp Watercolor was invaluable with having a toddler who naps. The bikes for bike trails, golf cart rides to beach and grocery. And then there’s the house itself which is immaculately furnished. Just an overall win in every way!

We absolutely loved Sweet Liberty! The house is beautiful. The porches were enough to make us want to lounge around all day. I love that the house is not decorated with tacky beach stuff. It felt like a home. The beds were super comfortable.We rode bikes to the beach, we walked across to the Water Color Club so the kids could swim in the pool. The place is. Wry call and safe. You will not want to leave!The fact that you have access to the Beach Club is a huge plus!!! No need to bring towels, they provide that and on your way out you just return them.The management company was very responsive answering question while we were there. We will be back!!!!

Sweet Liberty was the perfect place for our spring break vacation. The entire experience was perfect. Great communication from management, clean, beautifully appointed, fully stocked with everything we needed. Camp Watercolor was literally a stone’s throw away and the golf cart was perfect to get beach outings and sunset dinners. The location of this home and the attention to detail set it apart from every other property! I cannot recommend Sweet Liberty enough!

We’ve stayed at a lot of air bnb’s, but never one better than Sweet Liberty. It was the comfort of being home with the luxury of being in a hotel. Steps from incredible pools, a short drive from the dreamiest beach, comfy beds & couches, we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to come back.

Great location if you have kids and grandkids...the place was just redone and all the furniture and accessories looked new. The golf car was also new and worked perfectly. We were impressed at the management team and their response for any issues that came up. Will stay there again.

This house was perfection. The owners/designers thought of every single detail and you can feel the love poured into it. The finishes are amazing, the bedding, the mattresses, appliances, the decor everything is so comfortable and thought out. We visit Seaside 6-8 times a year and this is by far our favorite property. The location is IDEAL. The pool, the basketball courts, and play ground are so conveniently located to this home. I can't wait to go back!

The home was beautiful, clean and convenient to so many of the amenities in Watercolor. We even left some items behind and the cleaning staff contacted me and mailed it back. Couldn’t have been happier or more impressed by the beautiful property.

We stayed for a family vacation (2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 4 year old and a 1.5 year old) and the home accommodated us all very comfortably! Comfortable beds/bedding. The softest towels ever. TVs in almost every room and sitting area. A well-stocked kitchen. Thoughtful details and conveniences.

A cool front came the day after we arrived (temps in the 50’s), yet we were still able to do everything we hoped and intended. The community pool was heated so the kids were still able to thoroughly enjoy the swimming and slides. We took the property’s included golf cart (my husband’s favorite part ) to the beach one afternoon, which was so nice and exclusive only to this resort. (It also had its own beach club, pool, cabana,etc.!) We strolled and biked the absolutely beautiful community/neighborhood. We walked with the kids to the playground that had such a unique play set that our girls played for hours. We rode the golf cart to Seaside and shopped. We dined out, we ordered in, and we road the golf cart to the grocery store for everything in between. We just had the best time, and made the best memories. It was everyone’s favorite family vacation to date. Tears were had the morning we had to leave, but that only means we can’t wait to come back!

This vacation home is by far the nicest and the most beautifully decorated home my girlfriends & I have ever vacationed in. We have been doing beach trips for 25 + years. The attention to detail was beyond our expectations. We had never been to Watercolor, but we will definitely return and rent this home again.. The kitchen has all you need with high quality kitchen ware, enough pots & pans no matter what you cooking. An added bonus was the margarita machine in the bar area. The most comfortable mattresses & soft linens made for very restful nights. Camp Watercolor is directly across the street, the grocery store, restaurants are a short walk or a fun golf cart ride away. Its the perfect location!! The ride to the private Watercolor beach in the 6 passenger golf cart is so enjoyable looking at all the beautiful landscape and so close to the food trucks in Seaside. We also enjoyed riding the bikes that were available for our use. The screen porches and big swing with ceiling fans was a great place to nap on that one rainy day we had. Beach Habitat made booking very easy, they stay in constant communication before you arrive checks on you during your stay. We will return for amazing vacation.

I have been to many beach houses but THIS just feels like home. Every decoration and detail was hand picked for your comfort. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning with so much character even down to the food trucks nearby. My son was OBSESSED with the pillow pit upstairs, the golf cart, and we both absolutely LOVED the wrap around porches and swings. You truly never even have to leave. You will come back for years to come ❤️

I can’t tell you how much fun our family had at this beautiful home! The house itself is absolutely stunning and uniquely designed. We had a blast driving the golf cart around the adorable little community to and from the beach (as well as to dinner every night). The location is perfect! We have a 3 and a 10 year old. All we had to do was walk out our door to private pool and playground across the street. This made entertaining them between beach trips a breeze! One day during our trip there were storms and I was worried at how to keep them busy. The house has an adorable movie area at the very top level where they watched movies and they played cornhole on the covered porch between their movies. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. They were already asking to come back the day we left!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at 204 Spartina! The house is beautiful and so well appointed. And the golf cart was the icing on the cake! Beach Habitats 30A was also very professional and extremely attentive. We will definitely be booking through them again. Thanks so much!!

The location was great, right across from camp watercolor. It was very convenient to be so close. There were times when we were able to walk across, order food and drinks and walk back home. The beach was a short drive away on the golf cart. Overall we had a wonderful time in this house and loved all the amenities nearby!

Layout and location was perfect for our family. Easy access to multiple pools and beach was just what we were looking for. Very convenient to great restaurants and shops. Beautiful, well-kept community, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! I did note to property manager that the back porch door would not lock, and there was a light cover missing from the master bath (right) sink. Instructions and directions were clear and property management was very communicative. Everything was clean and ready for us. We will definitely be back!

Great location! Loved being right next to pools. Easy walk to beach. Condo was exactly as pictured-very nice and clean. Master bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Loved the view! Chairs and table on the balcony was perfet. Everything was cleaned and ready for us. No complants. Wish the walk to the beach was a little closer but having a wagon helped. Only complaint or more of a suggestion is to have two fob keys instead of just one.

Watersound is a perfect location to enjoy a stay at the beach. Gated community with security. Bike riding. Pool. Short walk to the beach. Quiet. Easy to check in. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This vacation rental was great from the top down. Perfect location for kids with the waterpark directly across the street. The entire house was clean and exactly what was described. We all love the layout of the house. Open an easy access everywhere. All updated. Communication was great and we had no issues. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great fall break week!

We rented a golf cart and 4 electric bikes and also had the 5 beach cruisers provided by the property. Love the proximity to Camp Watercolor, Tennis Club and easiness of getting to the mail pool and seaside. The management company was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our experience. Beaches at Watercolor are less crowded than at Seaside, this was our first time in Watercolor but have been to Seaside numerous times, we will always stay in Watercolor now. It was fall break and easily our beach had 75% less people than Seaside Beaches. Beach was about 7-8 minutes by golf cart and very clean, offered chair and umbrella rentals too. Management is on top of it! Response to questions via text was almost instantaneous and when we needed a coffee maker replacement, it was in our front porch within an hour. This was by far the best management company experience I’ve ever had. I’m comparing 25 years of vacation rentals along with a 15 year history of having our own vacation rental in TN. Restaurants, Grocery Store, Shops, Beach are all close by BUT not within walking distance. We had a golf cart and that is a must as it is much easier to travel this way and more fun. I highly recommend this property and I’m sure we will stay next year in a property managed by beachhabitats30a.

This was one of the best vacation homes I've stayed in! The inside of the house looks brand new and the furnishings are very up to date with all the amenities. I especially appreciated the beds - plenty of pillows and very comfortable. There is no shortage of amenities around the property: multiple pools, lazy river, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, etc. I also liked the seaside town of Santa Rosa that is just a few minutes walk or golf cart ride away. Beautiful beaches and nice combination of casual and upscale dining options.

We’ve been coming to Florida/Watercolor for the past 20 years, and this year’s Florida family vacation centered around our 5 grandchildren. With so many of us, the layout of the house was absolutely perfect! We even had some friends surprise us with a visit, and the downstairs guest bedroom was wonderful!
Because we like to cook every night, the house was well supplied with everything needed to prepare our dinners. Thank you!
On our second night, our a/c upstairs went out. Beach Habitats was quick to get a technician out; however, it would have been nice if BH would have checked in on us. We never received a call, but nonetheless, fortunately everything worked out and we had a/c by the end of the next afternoon.
The location of the house is perfect if you have small children. Our grandchildren LOVED the Camp Watercolor pool and the playground that are both directly across the street. We planned to sit on the porch and watch the little ones swing and slide, but the 3 porch fans were out of order!

Great for families with children. So close to pool. The golf cart is a big plus made getting around the area easy.

The house was well laid out and I'd consider it actually a 5 bedroom rather than 4 br with the inclusion of the bunk room. The bunk room was great for kids. If you absolutely need a golf cart I'd recommend still renting one yourself from Electric Beach Cart (the only company allowed to rent in Watercolor) as the onsite golf cart is subject to whether or not its working properly. All in all, we'd absolutely stay in this house again.

NOW THIS IS HOW A VRBO SHOULD BE!!! This home will not disappoint. This home was so comfortable from the pillows {I already ordered this pillow brand and had them sent to my house} to the beds to all of the furniture...these details were very important to us. The decor was SO LOVELY every detail was thought through. Home is clean and is actually as nice as the photos portray it to be/very impressed!
The 6 person golf cart was a WIN for our 6 college seniors to be on the go to beach, to Seaside and Publix (SO close and convenient). This home is right across the street from Camp Watercolor and is sooo relaxing in the lazy river or to grab food from the restaurant. The outdoor fireplace was used every evening (we loved it), The chairs were slightly weathered I mean they are outside in Florida so we covered with beach towels that were provided in the laundry room and then washed them. We cooked a lot on the beautiful WOLF range/oven and had most of everything we needed other than spices again Publix is SO close. We had a few questions as one will and every answer/response was answered Id say with in 15 minutes OR LESS ~ the response time is EXCELLENT!! In fact they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my friend who was also staying with us at the house. I would give them a 10 if it were available ~ I was traveling with 8 woman who all were just as impressed and happy with this rental home. Our trip was seamless and we highly recommend this home and the customer support team A++ WE WILL RENT HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN in the future!
Side note I rented this home without seeing any reviews and was very happy I went with my gut on this one. Dont hesitate its a good one

Our stay at 48 Seawalk Circle was amazing. The house was perfect!!
The beach access was amazing as well, the dolphins came up pretty close nearly everyday. The golf cart was very handy for all of us to cruise around seaside and check it all out. We cannot recommend this house and 30 A Beach Habitat enough. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, updated home right on the beach! The house was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, yet close to everything. A Mandarin Company truly sets the standard for hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Great place for 8 on a girls trip - kitchen living area and rooms spacious. Wonderful view with a lovely salt water pool. Easy access to shopping dining and golf. The management company responsive to our needs/calls. I would highly recommend this property for a beach vacation.

We are from South Africa & planned a vacation with our daughters, who are at university in NC - so that they could get away from the cold, and get some sun for a week. The house was absolutely beautiful & perfect for us, in a great location with direct beach access within walking/riding/ golf cart distance from most nearby restaurants and stores in Seaside Beach - a very charming place! It was a bit chilly on arrival and we required extra blankets, which the BH 30A sorted out promptly - along with additional cutlery which was missing from the drawers - very impressive service and prompt attention. Positive recommendations from us are... the 5 bikes supplied were very old /rusted - we are all keen cyclists and would've loved better quality / new bikes, especially as we did not have a car. Taller bike frame options would be great, or perhaps a voucher to rent from a good local bike supplier, esp. for a rental of this caliber. Since we were travelling from overseas, some basic supplies, like salt, pepper and spices / a few condiments would be nice too, esp. with a week's rental - perhaps in a welcome hamper, along with hand pump soaps for the bathrooms and Kleenex for the counter tops (which we bought and left for the next guests). A couple of small issues, like the door blind was not working in the sea-facing guest bedroom, which completely cut off the view in that room. Also a window cleaning service would be great, as we had a few cloudy days, so clean windows would be lovely for indoor days. Seaside sliding door lock on beach access side was not working and was resolved with a plank of wood, but it was not a major issue for us. Placemats need a good wash between rentals. Fridge was also not cleaned properly after previous guests. Ice making machine is fabulous, but should be moved out of the living area into the back laundry area as it is constantly very noisy for some reason, so ruins the peaceful ambience a little. Still building work in circle outside front.

This is a great house & there are just a few things IMO that keep it from being 5 stars,esp for the rental cost. 1st, the location is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked w necessities & the ice machine & drawer coolers are super. The outdoor showers are helpful after being on the beach. On the down side,golf cart is older. Seatbelts, steering & brakes need some TLC. There were some bugs in the house, but the worst were ants on the sofa. The beds are so-so on comfort. We wish there had been more pillows for sleeping. There were not enough towels in bathrooms so we were constantly washing them,some need to be replaced b/c they were stained, thin etc. One of the BR fan remotes is missing & made it unable to be used. The pool was VERY dirty & cloudy. The pump was not on when we arrived. When the guy came to clean/adjust it he did an ok job. He added chemicals which made it unusable for at least an hr, which isn't ideal the 1st day of vacation & the water stayed cloudy. There was trash around the house. The prop mgt company was responsive & helpful with bikes needing air & getting the pool maintenance etc.

The house is nice, but the parking with all the construction is tight, there is a public access next door which is not a positive thing for this kind of money we spent, we had to call and send pics of the bugs in the house( needs to be sprayed professionally).

The location of the house is really nice with restaurants nearby along with private beach access. We utilized the recommended beach chair vendor who placed us in front daily without us having to ask (5 stars for them as well). The house is well setup for just hanging out at night with the outdoor grille by the pool and ocean view.

Beautiful house, great beach access, awesome beach, beach chair company recommended was flawless, Habitats 30A management was very responsive . The caution I would give is that the house is on a small culdesac with about 10 homes. 3 are under construction and the construction worker parking congestion is not good in the culdesac, noise is an issue and dust does detract from what would otherwise be a perfect experience. My advice is to get an update on exactly what is going on before booking or going.

Our stay at this beautiful house was amazing! Every bedroom is gorgeous and each has its own connecting bathroom. The private pool was perfect for our kiddos. We loved having our own private walkway to the beach. The provided golf cart made it a breeze cruising around to cute shops and nearby restaurants. The only slight negative was there was construction actively going on at three different houses around us. That said, I didn’t feel it negatively impacted our stay at all. I had a couple questions during our stay and the management property was very quick to respond and get me answers. It’s inevitable that something will come up don’t was nice knowing I had someone to reach out to that I knew would be there to assist. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

This was our second time staying at the house. We did like the location but there were several issues. I have discussed this with the rental company. However, it was probably worth half of what we paid. Construction was ongoing on two houses next door! The workers were beating and banging at 6 a.m. every morning and we had 3 cars on the property that were covered with plaster of a paint of some kind!
We had 9 people in the house and had only one eye on the stove working for a week!!
The experience was very disappointing and I think you should be informed if construction is ongoing.
In the end we did receive a $1000.00 credit but honestly we spent $15,000.00 for the week and it was just one thing after another.
Not sure if we will be back or not but it is not a good place to stay for now.

The management staff was very nice and we understand construction has to be done but this was a little ridiculous.
