We loved the location of this rental!It was a little closer to the Watercolor club,but not too far from Seaside. We especially appreciated the 3 bedrooms with king size beds. The house was clean, neat and just beautiful. We loved dealing with beach habitats they were extremely responsive and lovely to deal with.

The house location couldn't have been any better and it was perfect for our two families and 4 combined kids! Everything was clean and well-kept, and the management company made sure we were informed of all the local offerings and handled all of our questions immediately! The amenities were spectacular for the kids, and the area is so quaint. We will be coming back for years!

My family loves coming to Watercolor every Summer. We’ve stayed in several different places over the years. This was one of our favorite.

House was good for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Had a few issues with the wine cooler not working and ice machine minimal making of ice. Also, there were a few items that should have been stocked, like basic spices, more dishwasher detergent and utensils. Overall it was good but pricey.

Our favorite location in Watercolor so far. Close to beach club and seaside on a quiet street. Rental was clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful experience renting through Beach Habitats 30A and specifically with 134 Mystic Cobalt. The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our family. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the Watercolor beach club or Seaside. Beach Habitats was very responsive.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was so spacious, clean, fully stocked, and in a great location. The renters were so flexible and responsive and we can't wait to be back. We did end up renting a golf cart for the beach/pool/seaside nights since we had kids (and lots of stuff!) and it made things much easier and more fun. We couldn't recommend this house more!

We had a great stay, the home was perfect and in a great location. A short walk to the beach and quick bike ride to the Camp Watercolor and Seaside shops/restaurants.

Great rental house

We were very pleased with our stay at 134 Mystic Cobalt. The accommodations were perfect for all our family members. We especially appreciated having 3 King Bedrooms. The property description online was an accurate reflection of our experience. It was very convenient to the Watercolor Resort as well as Seaside. We only needed a car when we were visiting Alys and Rosemary Beach areas. The property is very well maintained overall. There were some areas that appeared not to be completely cleaned (possibly due to quick turn around from previous guests). However it didn't impact the overall quality of our stay. The customer service was outstanding. There was frequent communication and always quick responses to any questions. Having the text option to communicate with the management company was very helpful.
We would definitely recommend this property to any future guests.
Our top restaurant recommendation would be Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar. The casual walk up options in Seaside were great when the kids are along. Shopping was exceptional between Seaside and Rosemary Beach areas. We also enjoyed all the pool options at the Watercolor Resort and Camp Watercolor as well as the Beach area.

We had a great time. Layout of this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and updated with great features, like a large porch and porch swing, convenient access to the Watercolor Beach Club and suitable space for 9 travelers!

The house was very nice and closely located to the main pools and shops. We had a great time and the only negative thing I can say was the 9am checkout time should be a 10 am time like most other vacation homes and resorts that I have stayed at.

Quiet nights, porch swings, white sand and emerald waters... Great place to unplug and relax.

We were very impressed overall with beach habitats. Giving a lot of helpful info and contact numbers for any issues that may arise (via text) was really great. The house was perfect for our family. Tons of bath towels was very appreciated. Beds and sofas were very comfortable. Lots of good hot water for showers etc. the house was tidy snd clean on arrival. One fyi ( and only because I'm sure a lot is paid for cleaning services) the floors, while free of sand, were obviously not clean. Suggestions would be to include a few coffee filters and at least salt and pepper. The watercolor resort in terms of the beach and pools were excellent and the staff very friendly and super accommodating which is very appreciated when small children are part of the vacation equation. Overall an excellent experience and we'd definitely return without any hesitation. Tx again for a great week!

House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and we loved the huge island counter set-up. Location was great, very close to Watercolor resort and a short bike ride to the town center of Seaside and the beach. We had a slight maintenance issue that was addressed VERY quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay at this home again and recommend to others! We enjoyed our mornings on the front porch and met many folks out front...what a wonderful week!

My husband and I and our 2 daughters and their families had a wonderful week ar 134 Mystic Cobalt. The house is beautiful, meticulously maintained and extremely well equipped. We’ve been coming to Watercolor for 20 years ant this is by far our favorite home. Beach Habitats was great to work with and very communicative.

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor. The location of Mystic Cobalt was perfect, only a 3 min walk to the beach and beach club. Mystic Cobalt was beautiful and we spent every morning and evening on the front porch.
We had a couple of issues during our stay that took a little longer than we would have liked, but the management was very responsive and kept us informed.

We rented 134 Mystic Cobalt for a weekend getaway with friends that turned into a hurricane evacuation. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for 3 families. It was newly renovated with beautiful new decor. The location was incredible; two blocks from the beach and a very short walk to various Watercolor pools. Walking distance to Watercolor restaurants and to Seaside. When Hurricane Ida began to approach our home, the owner of this rental graciously cancelled her own trip to Florida to allow us to comfortably stay for as long as we needed. We are forever grateful to the hospitality of the owner and Beach Habitats for treating us so kindly during a very stressful time.

We had a great week at 134 Mystic Cobalt. The house is in a great location with quick access to the beach club! The front porch is very nice, but the furniture is not very comfortable so our time out there was limited. The younger people in our group complained about the internet speed and general coverage, but I didn’t notice:) The layout of the house is nice and the beds were all comfy. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the location of the house. The four bedroom floor plan worked great with our family. The property management company was extremely professional and very attentive. The big suggestion I would offer regarding the house is more comfortable furniture. The kitchen table chairs were plastic. The barstools where a hard metal surface. The porch furniture was so uncomfortable. The decor was really pretty and bright but the living area furniture needs improvement.
