Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to this Privacy Policy.

We may periodically send you information and promotional materials by email about our services, properties, and products in which we believe you may be interested. To fulfill "Email your Favorites" requests. If we receive your email address because someone you know has sent a property listing to you through the "Email your Favorites" feature on the Website, we will not use your email address for any reason other than to send you the property listing and any related message sent to you by that person.

To improve our services and guest experience. We use the information we collect to measure and improve the services and features we offer, to allow you to participate in contests or promotions, and to provide you with customer support.

To perform market research. We may use and disclose information collected through the Website for market research purposes, for project planning, or for the development of prospect lists for our communities. Message frequency varies based on your reservation. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is specific to this program and is not transferable to any other messaging program. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking a stay with us.

5. Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile information, including your mobile phone number and SMS consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
