WaterColor Community Guide

WaterColor is a 500-acre luxury resort community located along Florida’s Gulf Coast, offering some of the most luxurious amenities along the Scenic Highway 30A. Boasting activities and amenities like the InnSpa, Fitness Center, six resort pools, three golf courses, dining options, tennis facilities, and more, WaterColor has something to offer all types of travelers.

The amenities and service at WaterColor make it a one-of-a-kind master-planned community. Located near Seaside and Seagrove Beach, WaterColor is ideally situated along the Emerald Coast. Destin and Panama City Beach are also both within reach.

WaterColor is a tranquil oasis set just a short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the serene Cerulean Park, which features a butterfly garden, tropical flora, and a crushed gravel path. You’ll also find a trail system throughout WaterColor to walk through or take advantage of the free bikes that come with your 30a-vacation-rentals/watercolor.

During the summer season, there are weekly resort events and activities. Marina Park hosts live family concerts and family movie nights, while there are also weekly kids' movie nights, kid’s activities, and bonfires.

Water Park and Pool Amenities

Camp WaterColor features three pools and a lazy river and was recently renovated. The pools, slides, basketball courts, and playground are great for all ages. There is also the Canteen Restaurant & Bar on-site for snacks and meals.

Additionally, the kid-friendly WaterColor Beach Club boasts a main pool deck, zero-entry pool, multiple lounge areas, the WaterColor Grill Restaurant, the Rita Bar level, and more. More expansions and improvements are expected for the WaterColor Beach Club by Spring 2020.

Dining

There are several restaurants located in the WaterColor Community as well. Whether you’re looking for a casual, quick meal or a fine dining experience, you can find it right on site. FOOW Restaurant, The Wine Bar, The Canteen, and The Gathering Spot are a few of the options.
