We stayed here for our big family trip. The house was awesome. We really enjoyed Camp Watercolor right across the street and access to the Watercolor Beach club. Beach Habitats 30A had wonderful communication leading up to and during our stay. The golf cart and bikes were really fun and helpful to get around. We did have to reach out to the maintenance guy because the dryer was acting up(no biggie things happen) and he texted back right away and had someone out the next day to fix the dryer! The house was just as described. Everyone really enjoyed it!!

Stay in this wonderful home for a big birthday. The house and location didn’t disappoint. Also close to Seaside for shopping 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back

This was a beautiful home! We are not newbies to the area and this location by far has been the best. Watercolor Camp was out our front door! The property management was very easy to work with and very responsive when needed. Very smooth process. We do wish the home would have been throughly cleaned a little better prior to arrival , as some trash was found left in some rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable either. But over all it was a great stay.

This house was perfect for my family & our guests! It is located directly across the street from Camp Watercolor. It was clean, spacious & very nice to have the golf cart & bikes included. The rental office returned texts/calls within a timely manner. We discovered a maintenance issue with the hot water in the carriage house & they responded immediately. My family stays in Watercolor several times a year & have booked with various companies. We will definitely keep this house on our list for our next visit!

236 Spartina in Watercolor was the perfect vacation home for our family, with small children, comfortable, beautifully decorated and landscaped. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for all. We spent lots of time on the screened porches, ate meals on one and enjoyed happy hours on the other where we could smell the magnolia blooms. The TVs in the bunk beds were a nice touch The golf carts and bicycles made it fun and easy to get around; we rarely used our cars. We all enjoyed pickleball, beach time, riding bikes, taking walks and spent lots of time across the street at Camp Watercolor. In the Seaside town center, we found great spots for ice cream, coffee, food trucks, toys, happy hour and room for the little ones to run around. Shrimp Shack had a nice happy hour overlooking the beach. Don’t miss the donut food truck!
The management was in touch with lots of information regarding the property and community a couple of weeks prior to arrival. We received prompt replies to our questions and they were very accommodating with coordinating our arrival times. We would love to go back and would highly recommend 236 Spartina to any families or groups visiting the area.

Very nice house across the street from Camp Watercolor. House was clean with lots of amenities. Extra parking is available at the Camp also.

My family stayed in watercolor to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday and had an incredible time! The house was beautiful and spacious. Everyone had plenty of room and the upstairs was stunning. The staff at habitat 30a was very professional and responded immediately to any questions we had. I will definitely use this company again and strongly recommend them!

Having 6 grandchildren 6 and under required a little different approach to our beach trip this year. 236 Spartina circle was a perfect choice! Its proximity to Camp Watercolor was wonderful, and having a golf cart to drive to the Beach Club was so helpful as well. The house was clean, well stocked, and the communication was fabulous. The house was indeed ready a little early, and the one small maintenance need was answered quickly. We would definitely recommend it!

We were a family of 10, ages 2 +. The house was lovely and located directly across from Camp Watercolor. The hosts were very responsive and kept in communication from the date we booked until the day we left. We rent houses in different places multiple times a year and felt the hosting was exceptional. The house was great. We especially enjoyed the outside porches and eating areas,the well-stocked kitchen, and the proximity to the pools.

This is such a great house/location. Ideal for a family or for a company retreat. Every detail is accounted for. We had a wonderful time.

I stayed in another house and visited this home, and I have to say this house is my favorite! The interior design is phenomenal with the main living area being on the second floor with plenty of windows. The benefit here is that you catch all of the light. With all of the trees around, the first floors of all of these houses are naturally much darker. All of the furniture is up to date, top quality, and very comfortable. There is also a carriage house attachment to this home in case you need to separate the in laws or something. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Had a fantastic time in this beautiful, extremely well appointed home. It’s absolutely gorgeous with all great amenities. Every room is spotless and elegant. So you really feel away from and can relax. Tooling around on the bikes and the golf cart was perfect. I can’t wait to come again!!!! Thank you for your warm hospitality

Enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in a home that was perfect for play and work. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms that are all very comfortable with connecting bathrooms. Love the numerous outdoor patios to take advantage of the great Florida weather. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether it is two families of four or a group of adults. Right across from the water park and basketball court and a short bike ride to the center of Seaside. Beach access is also very convenient.

Stayed in this home with 5 teenagers and my wife. It was perfect! Only thing that would have made it better is a golf cart.

Such a lovely house with a great set up for families. The rental company was super responsive before we arrived. We love being near the pools, and this house was right across from Camp Watercolor! Loved the opening kitchen and huge living room and all of the porches. We will be back!

The home was perfect for our family. The property is located directly across the street from Camp Watercolor which has slides, pools, lazy river and serves food and drinks!

Also easy access to Publix and 395 if you want to avoid the 30A traffic in the busy season. The management company was above par as we had a few hiccups and they immediately attended to them with speed and ease. The beds all felt comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all items we needed and their was a nice game area in the garage with a ping pong fable and cornhole for the kids that was ab added bonus. The entire main living area is upstairs and all the bedrooms are downstairs which I though before I arrived would be a little frustrating but after living in the home for a week it was much more functional and enjoyable than expected. Location can not be beat if you kiddos are pool fans. It will be a little bit of a haul to the beach however.

Stayed at this beautiful home and loved it. Peaceful neighborhood and close to most everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and and located downstairs which made it perfect for those that wanted to retire early. Upstairs was the family room and kitchen area with 2 large patios for a nice afternoon lunch on the patio or an afternoon drink while relaxing from the day at the beach. Or you could eat at the large dining room table . Lots of room for everyone to sit and enjoy their time there. Great area for walking or riding one of the bikes. Across the street was Camp Watercolor where they had several pools and waterslide for the kids and bar for snacks and drinks for the adults . Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing you beach house!!
