This is our second time renting with Beach Habitats 30A. The process is super easy and smooth and they are quick to respond with any questions or answers. We had a small mishap with the all our bedding when we arrived but they were on top of it as soon as we called them and and a crew to the house within 30 minutes. The home was beautiful and the golf cart and the location is the best part of this home!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our group, having Camp WaterColor was a huge plus for the kids. Will definitely be back!
Excellent location! Beautiful residence! Elegant and cozy at the same time. The house has anything a guest could need (with the exception of flashlights). The neighborhood did lose power for about five hours on our last evening. It would have been nice to have gotten a message about the situation from the rental agency. Instead, we had to reach out to the company and inquire about the loss of power. The response seemed like it came from a messaging bot. “We’re all in this together.” Our request for a 10am checkout (as opposed to 9am) was ignored. Our last evening and “check out” morning did not go as planned, but the home itself and time with family was amazing! We would definitely rent this home again! If you have littles, it is the perfect location! Camp Watercolor (all things for kids) is directly across the street. Thank you to the “K” family for sharing their amazing home!

Thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear that you loved the home and enjoyed your stay.
The power outage you mentioned affected more than 13,000 people in the area, including our office. With the loss of power came the loss of internet service as well. We did our best to contact every guest as quickly as possible by phone, but communication was challenging without electricity to power our systems or keep devices charged.
Regarding your late checkout request, it was submitted after business hours, the night before your departure, which left us with little, if any, opportunity to make the necessary arrangements before your scheduled departure time.
