Blissful Shores

This is a great property for a large family. The house was perfect. It was not well stocked with essentials for our size group, so be prepared to buy those things. We had 10 adults and 5 children. The golf cart had a flat when we arrived and it took multiple phone calls and 24 hours to get it repaired. The management company and maintenance sent us back and forth between them before the repair was made. The gold cart repairmen was exceptional.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Rental company was very responsive to any questions that came up. Spacious, well stocked common areas. Convenient location to Watercolor parks and pools. Bikes and golf cart provided. Extra:: we are a family of contractors and appreciated the top notch finishes and woodwork throughout this beautiful home!

We have several families come together for a vacation at this property. It was clean, great location, plenty of room for everyone and the property management company was awesome! Highly recommend and will likely come to stay again.

The home had an amazing amount of space for our extended family and we loved staying there. The living, dining, and kitchen areas were great and provided ample seating for us all. We had a wonderful week in this home. Our biggest complaint was trying to cook our thanksgiving meal with the oven not working properly. It took so many hours longer than it should have because the oven would not ever get up to even an average temperature, but it was a holiday so we never remembered to request a repair while we were staying there. Hopefully it has been remedied by now. The home was nicely furnished but really needs a good deep cleaning. This is especially important considering the $2000 per night rental cost.

Blissful Shores is a great house for families as it is large and has a great lay out. The bunk rooms provide very comfortable sleeping arrangements for kids. All the bedrooms are good size and are ensuite. The location is very close to the Frog Pool and playground. The golf cart is very helpful. The house does need a little TLC and a bit more cleaning---I am sure it is difficult to clean this large a house in a few hour turnover. I would definitely rent this house again.

Overall, very fun experience. The rental company was very responsive via text. Only one minor issue during the stay in that one of the 2 washing machines was not working, parts on backorder, but didnt know that before arrival. renal company brought us extra towels to get thru the week. the community apparently recently changed the minimum age for wristbands from 12 years old to 5, so make sure you account for that if using the amenities onsite. We had 5 grandchildren under 12, but over five, so when this got changed we were slightly over the allotted wristbands. Wasnt a big deal in that we didnt all use amenities at the same time, but even if part of our guests went to one of the pools and others to the beach, you needed the bands for access. Fortunately for us, some of us went shopping or other places, so we didnt need to exceed the allotted bands.

The property description was accurate and the location, layout, porches, reading nooks all added to the success of our stay. Our manager was on top of issues that we had and I was very pleased with her prompt attention. The house itself was very cozy and well furnished. Our only complaint was the lack of cleanliness of the entire house. It needs a complete hardcore cleaning. The bathrooms, the floors and especially the kitchen were not clean. Our only other issue was bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. Not enough provided for as many people as this house can host. I would definitely recommend this property as far as size and location. It was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach and pools. Biking even better! We enjoyed everything about the community. It had amenities to suit every age group in our family.

We had a great time at this house in Watercolor. It was a mother-son trip for our 8th grade boys. We had so much fun! The house was the perfect size to fit all of us and the bunk bed rooms were a perfect for for all of the boys. The property managers had great communication via text and fixed our leaky toilet the same day. I recommend this house and Beach Habitats.
